Hidalgo had a very specific brief: to explore international business opportunities and define a strategy to establish specific next steps to diversify revenue streams. Through an extensive set of workshops chaired by Shimmer Media over three days on location, we worked with the CEO to establish his objectives, explore key areas of consideration and define a clear and detailed strategy for the year ahead.
