EXCLUSIVE: ITV Studios alum Pascal Dalton is setting up shop.

Dalton has launched Shimmer Media, described as “bringing a fresh perspective to format management and monetisation.”

Effectively, Dalton’s company will act as a consultancy in format development, deals, brand management and wider licensing activity.
